I put my cable on my cable TV, and I accidentally removed from the silver screw. I have to buy a new TV right?

I'm pretty sure that if the silver screw into the frame in May, when u have broken in order to buy a new one, unless you find a solution to connect the connecting cable.
A few options, depending on the type of television and your cable box.
There is only one input connection?
What else is on TV? If you audio / video cable that could connect to the TV with RCA cables without the coax.
